
Pat Donaghy
Pat is an assistant boys varsity lacrosse coach at Strath Haven High School! Coach Pat has coached many teams ranging from the youth level, all the way up to the collegiateĀ ranks. A passionate coach, he strives to make his players better beyond the lacrosse field!
Coach Pat grew up in Long Island and moved to Minnesota in 2008 where he served as the Director of HeadStrong Minnesota. While he lived in Minnesota he served as the head coach at Cretin-Derham Hall HS and also the Defensive Coordinator for the University of Minnesota.
Coach Pat didn’t start playing lacrosse until his freshman year at Swarthmore College! He was a baseball/football player in high school and his roommate was a goalie on the lacrosse team. That spring he decided to go out for the team and had a very successful career at Swarthmore during his time there. Upon graduation Coach Pat played for the Scotland National Team in three European Championships.
